The company says the compression during the forging process increases the holder’s strength. These holders are precision ground throughout and balanced for speeds ranging to 30,000 rpm. The toolholder features DIN coolant through the flange as a standard option. ER collet chuck nut threads are precision ground, not cut, and come complete with a balanced nut. ER collets available as standard and steel sealed are made of an alloy steel over carbon steel.
